Delivery Policy

Canada Region

• For purchases over CAD$100, you can enjoy free delivery within Canada  area
• For purchases less than CAD$100, you will be charged CAD$5 for delivery fee. 
•  We will try our best to deliver the goods within 3 to 5 working days after the order is confirmed.
• For the successfully placed order, we will send an “Order Confirmation” email within 24 hours for your records. Delivery time depends on your location and takes about 1 to 3 working days.
• If the address provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect, and your package is lost or returned to us. Elementz is not responsible for any loss of the order due to the incorrect address. We can re-deliver the returned package for the customer, but the customer has to pay the delivery cost for the re-delivery.
